What do I need to rent?+

A valid license from your country (at least 2 years), your passport or a credit card in the driver's name. Minimum age 21.

How large is the security deposit?+

The security deposit is $1,000 for every coverage option, as a hold on your credit card or in cash. We'll go over the details before you confirm your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept cash, credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

The security deposit is $1,000 and is handled separately from the rental payment. All charges and conditions are shared before you confirm your booking. No hidden fees.

Is insurance included in the price?+

Every rental includes third-party insurance. When you book you can choose full insurance or full coverage with deductible, and we show you the price and what each option includes before you confirm.

Do you deliver at the airport?+

Yes. We deliver 24/7 at Juan Santamaría (SJO) and Liberia (LIR) airports, and at hotels and Airbnbs across the country, including San José and Limón.
